Last night I made a simple knit bookmark. All I did was use size 4 needles, and some thin ribbon yarn...cast on 10 stitches. Rows 1 -4 knit / Row 5 K2, P6, K2 / Row 6 knit across. Repeat rows 5 and 6 for 38 rows. Rows 43 - 46 knit across. I added a simple tassel by snipping 6 6" pieces of the ribbon yarn, and hooking it through the center at the bottom edge of the bookmark. You could have fun with it and add some beads here.I really enjoyed making this. It has me wanting to create more bookmark patterns. Maybe I'll start a bookmark collection!
