Mini Hat Ornament exchange

In Lynn Markman's Yahoo group, they had a mini hat ornament exchange. It was a bunch of fun being a part of it. From day to day you didn't know just what kind of hat would be in that envelope. Here are two pictures of the little tree I like to call Charlie, with all of the mini hat ornaments on it. THANK YOU to everyone for helping make such a cute cute Christmas tree! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Go COLTS!

I've been talking about the COLTS, some COLTS coasters I was sent in an exchange, and a pep rally I went to Monday this week. What a ton of fun pep rallies are. There was another pep rally Gordie and I went to last year where we got our picture with some really cool looking fans. Gotta love the "Matt Foley" guy. It's amazing how much he looks like that Chris Farley character. GO COLTS!!!

Ellie's sock

I was playing around the other night and made this really cute little sock for our dog Ellie. I made it on the Knifty Knitter Flower Loom using Lion Brand Thick and Quick yarn, and stuffed it with cut up old socks.

SHE LOVES IT!

Snowman Ornament

I've made a couple of these Snowman Ornaments. They are fun to make, and fast too! These guys make great ornaments for the tree, or even gift tags for someone special. You can find the pattern HERE.

Crocheted dishcloth

I remembered about my most favorite crocheted dishcloth from a couple of years ago...I found my pattern...and BOOM. That's what I've been doing this week. It's an easy and fast one to crochet. This cloth is nice and thick. I used a H hook and some SugarNCream cotton. Chain 29. ROW 1: single crochet in the 3rd chain from hook, chain 1, single crochet in 2nd chain. Repeat to end of chain, ending with single crochet in last chain. Chain 2 and turn. ROW 2: Single crochet in chain 1 space...chain 1, single crochet in next chain 1 space....repeat to end, ending with single crochet in chain 2 space... chain 2 and turn. REPEAT row 2 25 more times. Crochet a chain with 10. Slip stitch to attach chain to cloth. Weave in yarn ends. This makes a nice thick cloth.

ENJOY!!!
