Here's a great way to use up some scrap pieces of yarn. These little cuties work up very fast. Using any cloth pattern, knit "small" dishcloths or coasters. For these I used the Grandma's Favorite pattern starting the decrease at 25 stitches..

Those are so cute and so pretty! I bought a dishcloth, at a craft sale, that was just a square of garter stitch, but had used different colors of leftover yarn, to make a really colorful cloth! I think Emily and I have made enough dishcloths, now, that we probably could make a crazy-quilt sort of dish-cloth now!
